-grin- I’m the poster child for /not/ publishing in December. Unfortunately, the way things are going, it looks as if I’ll be doing it again this year. Ah well, at least my books will never go out of print!

    • There is a lot of advice out there to just publish as soon as you’re ready! Don’t be discouraged!
Over the next while, I’m going to be blogging about marketing strategies for book promotion. Keep your eye out!
For the moment, though, I’m in the middle of NaNoWriMo so I’m blogging a little less till that’s over. 🙂
      Thanks for your comment!

Aaaah. I’ve done nano twice and loved it. Stop commenting and get writing! :D:D

        • lol… yep, I should just leave the blog for the time being! This is my first year doing NaNoWriMo. It’s been a blast! I just passed 35k. Hoping to be at 50k by the end of the week, but not sure if that’ll happen.

The wordcount is just icing on the cake. The real prize is the germ of a story that comes out of it. And I do mean ‘germ’. Do not delete anything you write, simply cross it out if necessary. And do add notes for a future expansion of the story. Drop them in wherever you think of them. They’re wordcount too. And every little bit counts because nano isn’t about being perfect, it’s about having fun AND doing something creative.
